Terms and Conditions

Effective October 8, 2026 · Version 2026-10-08

These terms govern your use of Social Studio, a service for planning, reviewing and managing social content. By selecting the agreement checkbox when creating your account, you agree to these terms with the operator of the Social Studio service you are using.

1. Your account

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and only act for a business or another person when you have their authorization. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, team members and connected tools. Report suspected unauthorized access through the service's support channel.

2. Acceptable use

Use Social Studio lawfully and follow the rules of any connected platform. Do not upload illegal content, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others, send spam, distribute malicious software, bypass access controls or interfere with the service. Only connect accounts and upload content that you have permission to use.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of your content. You grant the service operator permission to store, process, display and transmit it as needed to provide the features you use, including sharing with collaborators and sending content to platforms you authorize. This permission does not transfer ownership. You are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses, permissions and consents for your uploads and posts.

4. Review, automation and connected services

Review captions, media, destinations and schedules before approving publication. AI suggestions can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Actions performed by authorized assistants or integrations remain subject to the permissions and approvals you grant. Third-party services have their own terms, availability and limits. Social Studio does not guarantee publication, audience growth, engagement or continued access to any platform. Features marked as demo or simulation do not publish real posts.

5. Plans and payments

Plan limits and applicable charges are shown before you choose a paid service. Test or demo checkout does not represent a real purchase. Any real subscription, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be disclosed at checkout before you authorize payment. These terms alone do not authorize a charge.

6. Data and privacy

Use care when uploading personal or confidential information and sharing access. Account data, uploaded content and connection information are processed to operate the features you use. These terms do not replace any separate privacy notice provided by the service or third-party providers, and agreement to these terms is not consent to marketing.

7. Availability and changes

The service may change and may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. Alpha and experimental features may contain errors. Keep your own copies of important content. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect, with renewed agreement sought where required. Changes do not retroactively authorize new uses of previously collected data.

8. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the service at any time and contact support for account closure. Access may be suspended or ended for violations of these terms, security concerns or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, the operator will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Ending access does not remove obligations already incurred or rights provided by law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free results or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights and remedies.

10. Questions and disputes

Contact the operator through Social Studio's Help and support feature with questions or concerns. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to courts or mandatory rights under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
