Data-deletion instructions
Social Studio is operated by Alexander Dangler. You can request deletion without signing in.
Request account or connected-platform data deletion
- Email Stonefletcherofficial@gmail.com with the subject “Social Studio data deletion”.
- Provide your Social Studio sign-in name or email and identify whether you want account closure, deletion of Facebook/Instagram connection data, or deletion of other specified information. Include the relevant workspace or brand name if known.
- We will reply to verify ownership, clarify the scope where necessary and confirm the outcome or explain any information that must be retained. You may follow up using the same email thread.
Never send your password, Meta access token, app secret or identity documents in the initial request. Requests are handled manually; this page does not trigger automatic deletion.
Disconnect Facebook and Instagram
If you can sign in as the workspace owner, select the brand, open Social profiles and disconnect its Facebook/Instagram connection. This removes the brand’s stored local Meta credentials and invalidates pending connection attempts. You can also remove Social Studio from Facebook’s Business Integrations settings to revoke access at Meta. Disconnecting or revoking access does not delete your Social Studio account, drafts, media or previously published posts.
Requests through Meta
When Meta sends a verified deletion callback, Social Studio records a request and returns a private confirmation link. Matched local connection credentials are removed and queued posts are paused. The status remains pending review while historical platform data, shared workspace information and backups are checked. Keep your confirmation code for follow-up. A receipt is not confirmation that all data has been erased.
What deletion covers
After verification, we handle the requested account information, connected-platform data, uploaded content and support records as applicable to your request and authority. Shared workspace information may involve other members; we will explain any limits. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, disputes or legal obligations. Existing backups can retain earlier copies until replaced or expired. Posts already published to Facebook or Instagram remain on those services unless separately removed there.
